When I started Rettle, I wasn’t trying to build just another SaaS platform. I was trying to solve a frustration I experienced firsthand — watching talented teams spend their energy on repetitive tasks instead of meaningful work. Early in my career, I worked closely with operations and finance teams who relied heavily on spreadsheets, email chains, and manual approvals. Smart people were stuck doing work that technology should have handled. Processes broke as companies grew. Errors increased. Opportunities were missed simply because systems didn’t talk to each other.
