These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rettle platform, website, and related automation services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Use of Services

Rettle provides cloud-based business automation tools designed to improve operational efficiency and workflow management. The Services are intended for lawful business use only and must be accessed in compliance with applicable regulations. Users agree not to misuse the platform in any way that could disrupt service availability, compromise security, or harm other users. Unauthorized attempts to access restricted systems, reverse engineer proprietary software, distribute malicious code, or resell services without authorization are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Access to certain features requires account creation. You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify Rettle immediately. Failure to safeguard account information may result in suspension or termination. Rettle is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

Subscription & Payments

Some Services require a paid subscription plan. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan, including applicable taxes and additional usage charges where relevant. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You authorize Rettle to charge the payment method provided for recurring billing cycles. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, introduce new features with separate fees, or modify plan structures with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of paid Services after pricing updates constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Free Trial

Rettle may offer a limited-time free trial to allow users to evaluate platform capabilities. Trial access may include feature limitations or usage caps. Unless canceled before the trial period ends, the account may automatically convert to a paid subscription based on the plan selected during registration. Users are responsible for monitoring trial expiration dates.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, design elements, documentation, and proprietary technology associated with Rettle remain the exclusive property of Rettle Inc. or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services for internal business purposes only. This license does not grant ownership rights or permission to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, process, and store personal and business data. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform. Rettle acts as a data processor and uses your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect user data; however, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Integrations

Rettle may integrate with external applications and third-party service providers to enhance automation capabilities. These integrations are provided for convenience and expanded functionality. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party platforms, their uptime, data handling practices, or security policies. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Rettle shall not be liable for disruptions caused by external providers.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability and platform performance. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, updates, system upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. While we aim to minimize downtime, Rettle does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rettle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or reputational damage. In any case, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with your billing cycle. Upon termination, access to certain features may cease immediately. Rettle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose security risks to other users. Upon account closure, data retention will be handled in accordance with our internal policies and applicable regulations.

Changes to These Terms

Rettle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or platform features. When updates occur, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Services following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
